Introducing our 'safeguarded' cleaning technique.  Unique, to our accommodation group, it is bespoke, thorough, and second to non.

The safety of our guests, and members of staff is of upmost importance to us.

Cleanliness has always been the cornerstone of our business, let us show you why we are a cut above the norm, and pro-active in creating a sanitised bubble for your holiday at the seaside.  Below we have outlined our procedure for cleaning the apartments.  We want you to feel as confident as we do, in our procedures.  We want you to feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed whilst you are our guests.

Adding to our already thorough cleaning checklist, we will be using 'Super Professional Antiviral Disinfectant' to clean all hard surfaces in the apartment.  This product is non bleach, food safe, and proven to kill the Corona Virus.

Once the apartment has been cleaned, it is then fumigated by our heads of housekeeping.  Our antibacterial, antiviral fog is again, non bleach and food safe.  This fog will sanitise all surfaces in the apartment, including soft furnishings and bed sheets.  This secondary safeguard is what makes our cleaning regime second too non.

For your peace of mind, you will find a cleaning pack in your apartment, which includes a selection of cloths colour codes for the different areas of your apartment (lounge, kitchen, bathroom, etc.).  You will be given a bottle of the same Disinfectant used during cleaning, along with a pair of gloves for your protection.  Please use this as you see fit throughout your stay.

Communal areas

All communal areas will be cleaned daily.  This includes doors, door handles, bannisters, lift function buttons, and all other areas considered to be high risk.

Upon entering the property you will find a hand sanitising station, we ask all guests to please use these each time they return to the property, to help us to maintain our virus free environment.

We ask that you do not share the lift with guests staying in another apartment.

Our procedure will be updated and amended according to government guidelines, and any information emerging from industry experts.

Please contact a member of the team if you have any further questions about our protocol.

Thank you,
